I speak and create from experience
I am autistic and was diagnosed at 34, following a burnout that forced me to rethink my entire life.
I have worked in high-pressure environments, led neurodiversity initiatives within a global multinational, and participated in international forums on inclusion and mental health.
My work comes from that experience, but above all from a conviction:
No one should have to break themselves in order to grow.
Change starts with people.
And from there, we can transform the cultures where we live and work.
Reaching what we want shouldn’t cost us who we are.
It’s not about fitting in.
It’s about belonging without losing who we are.

What is
Sin Norte?
Sin Norte is a space in progress for honest conversations, personal rebuilding, and creating more human ways to live, work, lead, and belong.
It was born from a personal need: to talk, understand, question, and rebuild.
Today, it takes several forms:
1- Talks and conferences about mental health, neurodiversity, and the human cost of growing by sacrificing ourselves along the way.
2- Workshops and facilitation processes for teams, leaders, and communities that want to collaborate, communicate, and support each other better.
3- Individual or group coaching for people navigating change, burnout, reinvention, or the feeling that the path they followed no longer fits.
4- A podcast where we open honest conversations about mental health, neurodiversity, and life without perfect maps.
5- Programs and initiatives in development to create new ways of learning, working, leading, and belonging.
It's not a formula.
It's a process.
It does not offer one single north.
It invites us to build it together.
Ways of working together
Individual Coaching & Support
Conversation and reflection spaces for individuals navigating personal or professional challenges and changes.
Burnout, reinvention, neurodivergence, purpose, or simply the feeling that the path you followed no longer fits.
It’s not about having all the answers.
Important note: this coaching and support space is not therapy or clinical care. It can accompany reflection, change, and personal growth, but it does not replace professional mental health support when that is needed.
It’s about learning to build your own path.
Let's talk.
If something from Sin Norte resonated with you, reach out.
We can talk about talks, workshops, programs, coaching, collaborations, or ideas for the podcast.
