High performance should not cost us our humanity.
J.J. Sibaja,
Founder of Sin Norte
I speak and create from experience
I am autistic and was diagnosed at 34, following a burnout that forced me to rethink my entire life.
I have worked in high-pressure environments, led neurodiversity initiatives within a global multinational, and participated in international forums on inclusion and mental health.
My work stems from that experience, but above all from a conviction: no one should have to break in order to grow.
Change starts with people.
And from there, we can transform the cultures in which we live and work.
Success shouldn't break us.
What is
Sin Norte?
Sin Norte is a constantly growing ecosystem.
It was born from a personal need: to converse, understand, question, and reconstruct.
Today it takes several forms:
– A podcast where we open uncomfortable and necessary conversations.
– Individual or group support for those who don't want to break down again.
– Working with teams and organizations that want to grow without sacrificing people.
It is not a formula.
It is a process.
It doesn't offer a single direction.
It invites you to build it — together.
Ways of working together
Individual Support
Conversation and reflection spaces for individuals navigating personal or professional challenges and changes.
Burnout, reinvention, neurodivergence, purpose, or simply the feeling that the path you followed no longer fits.
It’s not about having all the answers.
It’s about learning to build your own path.
Let's talk.
If something from Sin Norte resonated with you, feel free to reach out.
Talks, workshops, programs, coaching, or if you have something to share for the podcast.
